What is Norton Account?
Norton Account is a special online account at Symantec that allows you to manage your subscriptions, renew licenses and retrieve product keys.

Creating and activating Norton Account
Norton Account can be created during product activation or at any time later on. If you choose to create it during the activation, please provide your email and password in the Norton Account pop-up window that appears.
If you want to create Norton Account after activation, you can do so by clicking the Access Norton Account link in the My Account window, accessible from the Main Window top menu.
Working Internet connection is required to complete creation of your Norton Account.
Retrieving Norton Account password
Don't worry if you forget your Norton Account password. It can be easily recovered at the Norton Account website. Simply enter your registered email address and a temporary password will be emailed to you. Please remember to reset your password once your first log in, because it is only valid for a specified period.
