Norton 360 doesn't recognize Internet Explorer browser

If Norton 360 doesn't recognize your Internet Explorer browser and doesn't display all its features for in a browser there might be a problem with your Norton installation.

If no Norton options appear in your browser then you might need to do a full re-install of Norton to get it working. You can try the following paths of solving your problem:

  • Do a normal uninstall of Norton from Control Panel and then reinstall Norton and restart computer
  • If it doesn't solve your problem download and run Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool
